It didn't feel like I was shopping for a new car with Jerry, it felt like I was looking at cars with a friend. He would show me models based on everything that I had talked to him about and nothing extra or above my price range; his listening skills were amazing and he was the friendliest salesperson I have ever met. Once I found the perfect certified pre-owned Prius, we came to an agreement on a fair price that I would not have found anywhere else! Jerry truly cares about his customers and their budgets; I am recommending all of my friends and family to him, and he is the only person I will buy cars from after today! More

Friendly, informative, very open and, not pushy or deceptive Support by the sales reps was stellar. My wife first looked at a used 2013 Prius last night and the first sales associate (Zach) simply asked if he c Support by the sales reps was stellar. My wife first looked at a used 2013 Prius last night and the first sales associate (Zach) simply asked if he could help. When she engaged him and told her of her interest in the Prius, and that we have two already from the same dealership, he answered her questions. When she asked him something he didn't know or wasn't sure of (he's a newer sales associate), he stated so and found the answers for her. He informed her that someone else had already expressed interest in the same car. When that deal didn't pan out the next day, Zach called her to let her know the car was available, and also indicated that a 2nd used Prius was available. We went in and dealt with Zach who was very cordial and up-front with his answers. When he got pulled away for another customer who he had an appointment to meet with, he made sure we were handed off to another sales associate in a manner that was very professional (and talked to us later to make sure our needs were met and to apologize for his being pulled away. The 2nd rep, Roger, was just as friendly, informative and straight forward as Zach. He offered his honest opinions when asked and we felt like we were in excellent hands. We bought the 2013 Prius less than 24 hours after first seeing it. More
