2017 Highlander Limited AWD Sales Review I must first say that my salesperson, Rick Suarez, was extremely professional and personable throughout the whole process of locating the exact vehicl I must first say that my salesperson, Rick Suarez, was extremely professional and personable throughout the whole process of locating the exact vehicle that I requested. In fact, he personally picked up the car in Richmond and drove it to the Stafford dealership. I am very satisfied with the vehicle I purchased. However, I was disappointed when I was informed that the trade-in offer of my 2014 Toyota Avalon Hybrid was $2000 less than I was quoted on an email. I understand that there are other factors that affect the trade-in value of a vehicle but $2000 seemed like a lot. I had to accept a higher interest rate and longer terms to get my monthly payments where I told the dealership I wanted to be when I ordered the car. I have purchased many Toyotas from the dealership when it was owned by Rosner. I didn't feel the same relaxed atmosphere or the same personal attention that I received before since Sheehy bought the dealership. More

The purchase of 2016 Avalon The whole process was painless due to price out the door already established with Mr. Roger Paris. The only downer was the trade in for 2007 XLE which was worth 4135.00 per Kelly Blue Book and the manager only gave me 4,050.00, the 50.00 could have been a deal breaker even though I agreed. thanks to the finance officer for identifying two requirements: Title and New check for exact amount to pay off vehicle. I asked if there was a Navy Federal Credit Union close there was and DMV close by to get both documents to close out the deal without making another trip from up North. More
