I have a new Camry Hybrid and couldn't connect to the internet via my Entunes. I was sent over to service from the dealership when they couldn't help me. The person at service told me they were slammed internet via my Entunes. I was sent over to service from the dealership when they couldn't help me. The person at service told me they were slammed and his team was about to all go to lunch (a contradictory response) and that I could make an appointment for later. Although he apologized, I didn't think that telling me his team was going to lunch was very appropriate. When I returned, I asked if the technician could show us how to connect to the internet so we could do it ourselves if we had another device, etc. Mr. Stambaugh looked at me like I was crazy but said he would talk to the technician. Ultimately, we were connected and shown how to do it. Unfortunately, I have to connect my iPhone via a cable and not wirelessly as I was told by the dealer when I bought the car. I guess my main complaint is with the dealership who gave me incorrect information when I bought the car. Although I am not a big technology person and it would probably not have affected whether I purchased the car, I feel deceived (although I am sure it was not on purpose - I don't think the dealer knew that iPhones could not be connected wirelessly). The dealership should have been more on top of the car's features. More

First I rated your customer service great because you delivered my new truck to my house which was above and beyond to start with and then after your employees left I realized that you ( Bill Kidd ) fill delivered my new truck to my house which was above and beyond to start with and then after your employees left I realized that you ( Bill Kidd ) filled my gas tank. WOW. I rated your employees friendliness as great because they made me feel totally at ease and were very helpful with showing me around the truck, I had told Chris that I really didn't know much about it, that I had only test driven one and loved it. My overall experience was great considering the rarity of the particular truck that I was trying to buy, I finally got it. I didn't rate the price because I had hired Authority Auto to find and negotiate the deal and as far as I could tell it was a good price, but since I am a real cheapskate the price can always be lower. Bill Kidd's takes care of all my service work. I trust them and they always do good work. My experience from scheduling an appt to taking out a loaner (if necessary) to discussing service issues to check them and they always do good work. I often call Phil to ask questions about various issues with my car (warning lights that come on) and he is always patient and takes the time to explain what it happening. More

Needed to get a new car and Jeff was able to get me exactly what I wanted. I was looking into other dealers and types of cars, but his ability to get me the car I wanted for a good price clinched the exactly what I wanted.
