Everyone was helpful and went out of their way to find the car we wanted in the color and style, even though it came from 100 miles away. I contacted about 10 dealerships in my area by email with specific instructions to what I was looking for. Nhan Ngo was the only one who responded to my request. The other dealers responded to my email but t specific instructions to what I was looking for. Nhan Ngo was the only one who responded to my request. The other dealers responded to my email but totally ignored my requests and most were trying to sell me something else. Nhan was very helpful and although his dealership did not currently have the car I was looking for he searched all over the east coast until he found what I had asked for. He was also very friendly and helpful without being pushy. The entire team I dealt with during the purchase was very helpful and informative. Overall was a great experience. More
The sales person acted like I interrupted his day. I had done reserach and wanted to look at the Pilot. After the test drive, he asked me what I wanted to spend each month and when I told him he said there done reserach and wanted to look at the Pilot. After the test drive, he asked me what I wanted to spend each month and when I told him he said there was no way that he could help me get to that number. He didn't even try. On top of that, he told me that I had picked a bad time to purchase a Pilot because of the small inventory. Bottom line - he just didn't try to assist me. There's a happy medium between someone who will assist you and someone who is all over you when you walk in the door. My experience was neither and I'll drive farther than i need to if I ever want to look at a Toyota. More
We have been customers since 1990. We obviously have tremendous faith in Toyota's, but the service you receive after your purchase is extremely important. I think that Bob Brown in your service departme tremendous faith in Toyota's, but the service you receive after your purchase is extremely important. I think that Bob Brown in your service department is such a wonderful asset to Bill Kidd Toyota. Although every person we have dealt with has been terrific, I have found that Bob Brown always goes the extra mile. He is one of the reasons that we have stayed with Bill Kidd Toyota for the past 21 years. More
Mike was a great sales person for me. He listened to my needs. He was very responsive and timely with his responses. He was accomodating to my needs, etc. I would buy my next car from Mike. I have been a customer at Bill Kids since 2004 when I bought my truck from them. They were excellent and I always went there for service. Last time I went for a 60,000 service. I was greeted by several e bought my truck from them. They were excellent and I always went there for service. Last time I went for a 60,000 service. I was greeted by several employees that seemed stressed out and not very friendly. They serviced my truck and I trusted them to do a good job. Later I found out that the air filter was durty, the truck is due for new tires and needed new front brake pads (they never said anything). I thought that that was unacceptable, afterall it concerns my safety! I thought I would give them a second chance and I made an appointment for my other car. I waited for two hours while Phil was running around helping others and assuring me that they will take my car soon. He took three customers in front of me without an appointment - I could not believe my eyes! I got fed up and left. No one bothered to call me to find out what happened. More
After a very unfriendly experience at R&H Toyota I checked Bill Kidds Toyota's website to see if they had the style of Venza I was looking for in my price range. Within moments I received a very personable, not generic, email from Mike Thornton. Mike explained he could definitely get me what I wanted, and said he would work on the numbers for me and give me a call back since I didn't have a lot of time to drive out and sit in the dealership if it wasn't going to work out. Within an hour Mike called me back with two vehicle choices. One ended up being more than I needed, but the second choice was PERFECT for me! So that evening I went to see it. Mike greeted me with a warm smile & friendly hello almost immediately as we walked in the door. After the test drive, I knew this was the vehicle for me! I was waiting on a discount certificate that might bring down the price, and instead of being a pushy car salesman, Mike actually encouraged me to wait for the certificate, and held the Venza for me! That was awesome customer service! Wednesday evening with certificate in hand, I went to see Mike again, the shiny new Venza was parked right out front with a hold ticket in the window =) and within minutes after just a few signatures I traded my 2008 Camry for a 2011 Venza! Everything worked out exactly as he said it would and my payment was exactly what I needed it to be! Everyone should have such a wonderful and personable car buying experience. I never felt rushed or swindled, but appreciated and important! Great job by Mike Thornton, and the rest of the Bill Kidds staff! More
I have great pleasure in paying encomiums to Bill Kidds and the E-commerce manager namely Mr. Nhan NGO. My wife and I visited this dealership two weeks back. We were received with courtesy and much regard and the E-commerce manager namely Mr. Nhan NGO. My wife and I visited this dealership two weeks back. We were received with courtesy and much regard by Mr. Nhan. We discussed many options and he was patiently explaining the details with a very friendly attitude that befits the nature of a perfect gentleman. We were shown around and we saw many models. After much discussion and elaborations we purchased a new Corolla. When we drove back we felt that we had taken the right decision. The car was running smooth and we thanked Mr. Nhan in our minds. After two weeks we again visited the dealership and met Nhan. He worked with us constantly and with pleasure. Our intention was to buy another car. We were so impressed by Mr. Nhan's positive approach and friendly nature, showing his devotion to his work and the institution he works with. Because of his enthusiastic involvement we were able to assess the pros and cons of the situation, as ours was a second buying involving great expense of money all together. Mr. Nhan took great pains in exercising his diligence wonderfully well so that we could arrive at a decision and we owned an SUV this time. Thanks to Mr. Nhan we did not experience any difficulty in getting the financing. The dealership and Mr. Nhan stood for us, we felt. We hope that we will be getting good treatment from Bill Kidds in the future days too, from the technical and service departments. We wish Mr. Nhan and Bill Kidds Toyota the very best.
