My wife and I visited Bill Kidd's to look for a Station Wagon back in 1997 and again for a Carolla in 2002. Both times our shopping experience was excellent. Since our purchases all of our maintemance has been done by the Service department where we have received thorugh, courteous service from everyone in the department. My wife and I both feel like our cars are have been cared for as though they belonged to the service technician. I know that each time I have been made aware of all of the necessary and recommended repairs. I have especially enjoyed the service I received from Bob Brown who was the Service Advisor when we purchased our first car although I believe that he is now the Service Supervisor. I will always go to Bill Kidds. The customer service is fantastic. I recently had a flat tire. I was very close to the dealership where service is performed. Phil Kreft was excellent to work with. The tire was able to be patched. Phil asked the guys in the shop if they could patch it and they did. I had a nice cup of coffee and before I knew it I was back on the road. I can't begin to tell you how wonderful it was not to have to worry about my car. They quality of work is always great. Phil is always friendly and goes the extra mile. He took the time to see if the tire could be repaired saving me a little money for having to buy a new tire. My over all experience was wonderful. I saved some money and stress. I will always recomend and go to Bill Kidds!!! More

I've been coming to Bill Kidd's for Toyota service work since 1999. They make it convenient to get your car serviced and are very helpful. He is honest, friendly, takes time to educate me on repairs, and the work is done when he says its going to be. I rely on Bob. I'm a working mother and life is choatic, and Bob respects my time and is true to his word. When I call and they ask what Team I'm on for repairs, I reply, "I'm on Bob's team!" More

In one case, they rectified the service and gave me a discount on the repair price. i had a case where a key my daughter lost her car key and was out of town. I called my service associate to help. the service dealer called a toyota shop near my daughter, gave them the information to make a spare key. she just stopped by and picked it up. More

He had the vehicles lined up that we wanted to test drive and gave a great deal of background on each. The prices were fairly reasonable and they were able to negotiate a little bit. That was our main issue. They had little room for negotiation, but eventually they were able to come down to a price that we could all agree on. I personally had not purchased a vehicle in over 11 years and found this to be a refreshing experience from the last time. Customer service from beginning to end was great! And we definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. It was about a 30-40 min trip one-way for us and we do it again in a minute! More

With a growing family it was time for (gasp) a minivan. Both times we have worked with Nhan Ngo. He is very easy to work with and is very friendly, thorough and laid back about the whole sales process. He is not an in your face car salesman which is something we appreciate. I loved being able to do most of our communication through email. I did feel that we had to do our research in order to be able to negotiate the best price for our car as well as the interest rate when financing through Toyota, but that is the norm no matter where you car shop. The dealership as a whole is always clean and the employees are very friendly. I would highly recommend both Nhan and Bill Kidds to anyone in the market for a Toyota. More
