After getting quotes from several area dealers, we initally selected R&H since it was slightly more convenient. Sean (our sales rep) was knowledgeable about the car and the competition. No pressure, but he was willing and able to answer all our questions. When we purchased, he spent a while with my wife (car is for her) on all the features, and even programmed the Bluetooth connection for her phone. More

From the second I walked in, my experience surpassed my expectations. The salesman was knowledgeable and did not pressure me to purchase. Terrible experience. We brought our Prius in for the recall service and they actually created more problems requiring two return visits, and we still have a problem we are taking to another service cent recall service and they actually created more problems requiring two return visits, and we still have a problem we are taking to another service center. Within 1 day of purchasing my certified used car from the dealership, I had to go back to have the driver's seat replaced. Within 3 months of ownership, I have had to go in for service 5 times! My reply from the used car manager was "I cannot guaranty that vehicles driven off my lot will not encounter problems," and left it at that. No apology for our troubles, and no offer to assist us. Truly felt like the prototypical used car dealer, as they could care less about the problems we had with the vehicle (since they already had our money). I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They are very nice when you are looking to buy a vehicle, but their post sale customer service is horrendous (if you have problems with the vehicle). The customer relationship ends when they receive your check. More
