Poor Communication I was about to purchase a Prius and was very open about what was wrong with my trade-in when I asked for Kelly Blue Book FAIR CONDITION price. Instead I was about to purchase a Prius and was very open about what was wrong with my trade-in when I asked for Kelly Blue Book FAIR CONDITION price. Instead of negotiating on a professional basis, the salesman was confrontation, condescending, and sneering. I bought a different car from a different dealer who negotiated a trade-in price that was fair for both sides, which was all I wanted. When I contacted the sales manager when I was still looking to get a Prius, he gave me the name of a different salesman for a future purchase. I called him back twice to ask a question about them bringing a car from a different dealership and he would not return my call. Finally, I left a message in which I asked him to let me know if I should purchase a Prius from a different dealership and he would not return my call. I had purchased 3 cars from BK previously. I will not return to them again. While their internet price may be lower, BK has not shown any tendency to negotiate fairly when it comes to trade ins. Be careful. More

I didn't meet the man until the night I picked up my new car, as we negotiated everything by email. He was professional, prompt, and most importantly , clear and specific in all of his answers (very valuable to me and not easy to find). He quoted me an "on the road price" and that is exactly what I paid. Best of all, I was to able to avoid, for the first time in over 25 years of car-buying, the dreaded experience of spending hours and hours in the dealership in order to buy a car. More
