Great customer Service!! Highly recommend. First of all, let me say that there is an R&H Toyota within 3 miles of my house. Yet I drove 15 miles to this dealership simply because of Mike Thornt First of all, let me say that there is an R&H Toyota within 3 miles of my house. Yet I drove 15 miles to this dealership simply because of Mike Thornton and how he treated me. I was in the market to buy a Toyota Camry. Since a lot of extra fees get added to a vehicle, I wanted to know the "out the door" price since I can calculate my monthly payments. I wanted to get this info via email as I was not comfortable getting pressured to buying on the phone. I emailed at least 4 dealerships and all of them asked me to come in and they would give me a "good price" and mentioned it is impossible to give a final "out the door" price unless I come in. Except Mike. He emailed me details of the complete "out the door" price breaking it down my taxes, fees, title, registration etc. I emailed him again asking about different models and the difference in prices and he always replied quoting me a final price. He even explained to me in detail the computation of taxes and how he arrived at a final number. All this via email and without me stepping foot in the dealership! I was simply wowed and decided to buy from him simply because he was the only one who provided me all this info over email. Thanks to all the information he provided, I knew exactly what my final price will be and what my monthly payments will be when I stepped into his showroom. All I had to do was choose the color. The vehicle was not available at his dealership but he quickly acquired it for me. All I was out of the dealership with my brand new Toyota Camry within 2 hours. I got a sunroof and Mike got everything arranged, I was also given a loaner car while the sunroof was installed. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and will recommend all to go to this dealership and ask for Mike. More

Customer Service made the difference When we decided that we needed to upgrade to a minivan, to be honest, my wife and I had convinced ourselves that the Honda Odyssey was the way to go, When we decided that we needed to upgrade to a minivan, to be honest, my wife and I had convinced ourselves that the Honda Odyssey was the way to go, and for that reason we decided that we would visit all other dealers first and "save the best for last" so to speak. Or at least so we thought. When we arrived to Bill Kidd's Toyota we were greeted promptly by Elliot Evianiak right away and he was extremely helpful. We described to him what we wanted and he walked us through the models of the Sienna, all the time thinking we just wanted to get a price for comparison's sake and we would move on to Honda. He answered all of our questions and anything he wasn't positive on he looked up right away and at the end of the day we had a very good idea of what the Sienna had to offer. Well, long story short, we did truthfully like the Sienna more than the Odyssey and felt it was much more functional for our family use (3 kids...so far). But what really made up our minds was the customer service by everyone we spoke with at Bill Kidd's Toyota. The manager Tracy, was also very helpful during our initial visit. Always positive about what they could do for us and able to answer any additional questions we had. But if it weren't for Elliot, and his hands down superior customer service compared to any other sales person from the other companies we visited, we may have gone with our original plan and settled (and I do mean settled) on the Odyssey. This is not to say that he was pushy and used his salesmanship tactics to convince us to buy the Sienna over any other van (for the record to all of his superiors, he is a great salesperson and that was indeed part of it), but his friendly and calm demeanor made the whole experience easy and comfortable and we never felt any pressure in the matter. After the final decision had been made and the final set of paper work was ready, the rest of the staff I interacted with (Katie in customer relations and Tom in financing) was also excellent to work with. While they both talked me into some additional services (Katie some interior/exterior protection plans and Tom and extended warranty), again, neither was pushy or pressured me into these products, rather both were very knowledgeable and gave me all the necessary information to make those decisions, which in both cases I believe were very prudent choices. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. For financial reasons, I hope we do not have to purchase another vehicle any time soon, but if we do, Bill Kidd's Toyota will be our first stop. For my most recent purchase, Michaelangelo found the exact truck I wanted (color and options) at another dealership and had it delivered and prepped for me in two working days. They gave me a fair deal, including a good trade in value for the 15 year old Tacoma that I replaced with the new truck. Processing the paperwork took a lot less time than in the past. Overall, I am very satisfied with the transaction and will probably buy my next vehicle from Bill Kidd's. More
