Absolutely no pressure to make a purchase, but made sure we got a good price and took a huge amount of time with my wife to review everything in her new Rav4, even to the point of syncing her cell phone to the vehicle . WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - Ruined my Christmas Holiday and was lied to when they tried to correct their horribel service. The Tuesday before Christmas, my 2014 Camry got a w - Ruined my Christmas Holiday and was lied to when they tried to correct their horribel service. The Tuesday before Christmas, my 2014 Camry got a whole in the tank. I have the "Platinum Warranty." They had no loaner car for me for the whole week and didn't get my car until the next Monday. Then I found out they tried to chage me $200 more before I brought in insurance company into it. Then they messed up the estimate and I had to pay more than my deductable. To top it off I had to go get a gas can from Home Depot and go to a gas station to get enough gas to get my car off the lot which they would not provide. I complained and was told they would give me a "gas voucher" and had a team meeting since this was unacceptable, yet they did it. Then on 2/3/15, my wife went with her mom to the dealership and was going to get the "voucher." My wife was told they don't give them out. I called extremely upset and angry and was told by "Mike" head of customer service that I had to bring my car in so they could get an employee to go get the gas. He never told me this for I would have flipped and yet he told me he explained this fully. LIAR!!! Mike definately does not know what the definatition of a voucher for it is detachable, but my main issue is why didn't they put gas in it the first place so NONE of this would happen. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Mike said he told me about having to bring in my car so someone could get gas for it. That was a straight out lie to my face. Then he says " he is a man of his word." He is a lair and not sure why a company like that would keep such a horrible representative. Wish I never bought a Toyota again. If you want the best warranty and xxxx service then buy a Toyota and have it serviced at Bill Kids. Thanks for listening, Mike G More

Given my aversion to dealing with the stereotypical car salesman, I prefer to negotiate vehicle purchases via email. Unlike every other dealer I contacted, Mike was very transparent about pricing and provided timely updates via email. Additionally, he made the closing process seamless. I previously purchased two Toyota's at R&H and it is fair to say that after my vastly superior Bill Kidd's buying experience I will not be heading back to R&H anytime soon. If you are considering buying a Toyota, do yourself a favor and shoot Mike an email. You won't regret it! More

If you ever want to buy a car. This is the man you want to ask for and if you have to wait 30 mins or 1 hr, I would. Because this is the best experience I've had and this is the second car I purchased from Bill Kidds. We received the price that we wanted and he never gave us the run around and played no games. We are a young couple and he understood that starting a family is hard and took our counteroffers seriously. He also did all the work and even helped us setup our car's Bluetooth like The reps at Apple. Please, if you're looking to purchase a new vehicle, Michaelangelo is a veteran and a very friendly guy, ask for him and I bet you will get the same VIP treatment that he gave us. More

Horrible Customer Service A warning to anyone considering buying a car from Bill Kidd’s – DON’T! After the sale forget about help, customer support, or responsibility – The A warning to anyone considering buying a car from Bill Kidd’s – DON’T! After the sale forget about help, customer support, or responsibility – There is NONE! We financed our brand new car through the dealer and THEY made a major mistake on the paperwork they submitted to Toyota Financial which caused serious problems, ultimately affecting our credit report. When we confronted Bill Kidd’s to straighten this out, they did not call us. We had to go in person to get “anyone” to help us fix THEIR mistake that they chose to ignore until we confronted them. Even then we were told to deal with it on our own. Never returns calls, no help, no accountability, no compensation – NOTHING. If problems arise you are truly on your own. If you are buying a Toyota use another dealer – Bill Kidd’s is just not worth the risk. More
