I am revising my review. Four months after purchase of 2017 used CR-V which I agreed to buy w/out warranty because it had two previous owners I was told, I took the vehicle to be detailed at a professiona 2017 used CR-V which I agreed to buy w/out warranty because it had two previous owners I was told, I took the vehicle to be detailed at a professional detail shop. They discovered the car had had damage repaired and the "new" tires had huge cracks in them. The dealership did pull up a car fax at our request while we were there and we were told it had had minor damage but it did not say what. I believe at this point they were not telling the truth. When I called they said there was nothing they would do for me concerning the tires. I knew the rest of the car I was foolish enough to have believed them and bought with our warranty but the tires??? I would never go back there nor would I recommend them to anyone. More

Excellent customer support staff and vehicle was as described once we we made the trip to Shelby and inspected it. Price was "average" to my thinking, although difficult to gauge, as the CRV was a 2006 model with relatively low mileage and in excellent condition and probably would be one highly sought after. Just made the purchase 3 days ago and are to this point very happy with the vehicle. More

The professionals took a look at my car, completed all necessary paperwork, and my car was scheduled for paint within 3 days!!!! My car looks brand new!!! Poor service center Took my Honda in for an airbag recall, that went very well, But then was told my ball joints were bad and they estimate a price of 555.00.
