OMG! ! I have never dealt with a less professional business of any kind in my life. I've bought several dozen cars over the last four decades, and never de ! I should have known something was wrong when they answer the phone with, "hello". What kind of business makes this amateur faux pas. I asked what was wrong with the car of interest and told it had a dent and a few scratches, but otherwise was in excellent condition. No mention of the badly rusted rocker panels you couldn't see in the pictures. I let them know we would be coming from two hours away and would be there at 9am to look at car. When we got there the lot was blocked with a car across the lot entrance. Some sort of half-assed security system we supposed. When someone showed up to move that vehicle, we pulled in and were then COMPLETELY ignored. We assumed the man who allowed access to the lot was certainly not a sales person. Not the slightest eye contact as he walked by us multiple times. After 20 minutes, we went into the building to inquire if a sales person would be showing up soon. This man who had completely ignored us, was surprisingly sitting behind a sales desk. It only gets worse from here. The car we came to test drive was blocked in by other vehicles even though they knew we were coming. When we finally were able to get it out, the brakes were stuck. After forcing it free gunning the engine, we then discovered the passenger door would not open no matter what was tried to change that. Trying the unlock button on the driver's door produced a disturbing screeching noise and changed nothing. The 'salesman' wanted us to wait while he brought it in his garage for repair. Seriously?? We didn't have time for that. We had said we were coming. We had CASH in hand. We wanted to drive away with it as soon as they could fill out the paperwork. Why wasn't this car checked out and ready to go? It's like these people don't even care if they sell cars. I handed the man back the key and he told us with a bit of attitude to "have a nice day". A half day and half a tank of gas wasted. Shelby Motors should be absolutely avoided !!!! More

The car has had problems from day one, and the dealership has done nothing but make things worse. He brought the car back for repairs, and not only did they fail to fix the issue, but they also left tools under the hood on the engine and tossed the undercar cover in the trunk—completely careless and unprofessional. They claimed the problem was resolved, but it wasn’t. My dad had to take it to his own mechanic and pay out of pocket to fix what Shelby Motors claimed they had already done. And guess what? The car is still having problems. To make matters worse, they sold his old car, which he had traded in, even though it was broken, so now he’s left with a faulty vehicle and no way to get back what he had. Shelby Motors, and specifically Dave, have been completely unhelpful. My dad has called multiple times with no response. They clearly don’t care once the sale is done. Shelby Motors should be ashamed of how they’ve treated my father. This is not just bad business — it’s predatory and unethical behavior. We will be reporting this to the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, the Better Business Bureau, and will be consulting a lemon law attorney. Do not trust this dealership. They took advantage of someone vulnerable and left him stranded with a nightmare of a car. ****!!! They also have fake reviews up trying to get the bad reviews out of sight. A few reviews are word for word the same and it's different people. Scammers all atound***!!! More
1 star only because it's the minimum. Contatced Shelby. multiple time, regarding at truck listed for sale. Advised I would be at the dealership for 9 am Sat morning, opening time. Arrived at 9:10 only to find them closed. A short itme late, someone else arrived and said it wasn't unsual. Around 9:30 guy rolls in. Seems pretty disinterested. Ask to look at the truck. Hands over the key and says go check it out. Find the truck sandwiched between others. Clearly not the truck in the photos or the photos were doctored. Clearly damage present not in sales photos. Front tire totally flat, and battery totally dead. Ad said not accidents. Truck bed had been replaced as evidenced by the low quality, peeling paint job showing the previous color underneath. When bring the keys back and telling employye this, the response was ya, I knowl. Save yourself the trip to this place. Looking through other reviews, a lot of the same issues, Should have checked this place out more before wasting my time. Just happy it was only time. More

I bought a car from these guys and it has served me GREAT. II was a little skeptical based on a few reviews but the proof was in the pudding. I bought a 2010 Nissan frontier from Shelby Motor Cars in March of this year it was and ok buy but didn't pass inspection after I got it back to N.Y. The truck needed all new brakes and the Nissan dealership March of this year it was and ok buy but didn't pass inspection after I got it back to N.Y. The truck needed all new brakes and the Nissan dealership in N.Y. said they never seen brakes this bad and how could another dealer sell something like this and let it go out there doors. I spoke with Dave the sales guy and manager that sold me the truck. He agreed to pay half of the cost of 280.00 each, they never sent the promised money. Further they sold me the truck with locking lug nuts all around every tire and I also want to add something else about the brakes Dave told me that he personally went over the truck and 70% brakes were on the pads and everything was great. Over all the truck was a good buy but I would not recommend the dealership because of these reason. More
