Chris was very attentive and professional. He was very honest and kept the price for the repairs very affordable. Rushed I can’t believe that dodge is ok with letting their customer with a 31k new car, have to replace tires, rotors, and brake pads. I asked the service people and they seemed that was an accurate time to replace the parts. I have had Honda and nissans before and never had to replace those parts so early on. More
Poor Service We had a new mobility van for 2 years and during that time it was in for the same problem 3 times. The last time we came to pick up the supposedly fix We had a new mobility van for 2 years and during that time it was in for the same problem 3 times. Excellence I was there for a water leakage and for problems with the a/c, They told me they had to keep the car a day or two. Very efficent I received a email when it was dropped off. I received a call the next day when it was scheduled to be worked on. I approved the work , and picked up the first thing the next am. The service department seemed extremely busy first thing Tuesday morning, but I was acknowledge by staff when I walked in. They all seemed to be doing two things at one time and yet I was expedited very quickly . More
