I switched to Shingle Springs from a much closer Subaru dealership because the service is consistently excellent. No long waits, easy scheduling, courteous and friendly staff. The waiting room is attractive and love the coffee machine! I received a follow-up call the next day from a real live human and appreciate how my car is cleaned after every service, no matter how small.

What can I say, my wife has been using Shingle Springs Subaru's Service department for her Legacy GT. We used an independent mechanic prier to bringing the Legacy GT to Shingle Springs Subaru and it was a very bad experience. From the very first time she brought her Legacy GT to Shingle Springs Subaru, she's never looked back' The staff in the Service department are top notch!
When it came time to retire the Legacy GT, we looked no further than Shingle Springs Subaru. If their service department is so easy going and joy to work with, what could go wrong? We were given the red carpet treatment and actually had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Bryant McCarver (Executive General Manager) and what a gentleman Bryant is and so patience.
We also had the pleasure of meeting Mike Stewart in sale's. He was very helpful and between Bryant and Mike my wife drove away happily in her new 2017 Impreza Sport. We would highly recommend Single Springs Subaru for a New or Used Car and did mentioned that their Service Department is top notch!
