Mike not only gave us friendly and helpful service but came in on his day off to help us. Did not rush us but spent the entire time with us, waited until we had completed everything to say thank you and see us off in our new car. I am very pleased with the experience.

The first day on the road for a vacation, following sudden smoke and burning oil smell, we determined there was an oil leak at the filter. We contacted several shops near our location and no one was willing to address the issue in a timely manner. We decided to drive back to the nearest dealership which happened to be Shingle Springs Subaru, spoke to Dawn Davenport in customer service, and she shared our situation with Service Advisor Mason Bright.
Although the shop was all booked, he got a tech on our little Forester, found and repaired the problem, offered to WASH the car, and had us back on the road with nothing more than a "Have a safe trip"!

It was an excellent experience buying a new Car Outback - thorough, professional, efficient, friendly, responsive, detailed, and patient. Got a 2018 in 2017 and used the Cosco program.
