I recently brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance and was very dissatisfied with the outcome. After picking up my car and driving it the following day, I noticed a loud, unusual noise when accelerati and was very dissatisfied with the outcome. After picking up my car and driving it the following day, I noticed a loud, unusual noise when accelerating—something that was not present before the service. Due to the distance I live from the location (over an hour away), I wasn’t able to return immediately. When I did bring the vehicle back two weeks later, I was told that the driver’s side transmission mount needed to be replaced at a cost of \$650. This was extremely frustrating, as my car had no such issues prior to the maintenance. Additionally, the noise is so obvious that I find it hard to believe it wasn’t noticed by the technician during the original inspection. Yet no mention of it was made, and the car was returned to me as if it were in perfect working condition. I feel like I’m being forced to pay for damage that may have occurred during or after the service I trusted your team to provide. I am very dissatisfied and request that someone contact me as soon as possible to discuss how this issue can be corrected. I expect better service and accountability. Thank you. Samantha Jacobs More

I live in the Raleigh NC market which is dominated by (2) Mega Dealership, Leith and Hendrick....Well guess what, after shopping around for several days for a Nice Used Chevy Tahoe, with Low Miles at a Good Mega Dealership, Leith and Hendrick....Well guess what, after shopping around for several days for a Nice Used Chevy Tahoe, with Low Miles at a Good Price, I found out about Shirley Slack Mitsubishi...Called them up on the phone and discussed said vehicle...Sent in Picture's of my Trade In and Discussed Price...Finalized the deal over the phone for the purchase...Went by my Credit Union and got financing and made the 225 Mile Ride to the Dealership...When I got there the first thing I saw was the Perfectly Detailed Tahoe, sitting out front, just asking for me to buy it...Went in the Dealership, met my Salesperson and started the process...Took the Tahoe for a drive and when I got back....Let the Games Begin...First of all I was Greeted by the Owner who was such a Nice Lady...Secondly, they had already test drove my trade in, and the best thing was while I was talking to the owner the salesperson was finishing up my paperwork to present to Financing...I went over ready to Start Haggling about the Final Price, because I know the Dealerships Switch and Bait Tactics, but to my surprise, Every # that we discussed did not change...I am 67 years old and have bought Many Vehicles from Dealerships and by far this was the LESS STRESSFUL VEHICLE PURCHASE, THAT I HAVE EVER HAD...As stated, I had my financing which I through my credit union, who gave me a great deal, But they found me a Lower Interest Rate and Matched the Gap Insurance Price...All in all it was worth the Total Roundtrip of a 7 Hour Drive...We will be next purchasing a vehicle for my wife and Shirley Slack Mitsubishi will be the first place that i will be calling...Stan Black Raleigh NC... It's one thing to but a car, but the service department really shows a dealer's character. The guys in the service department have always shown tremendous care and professionalism. He's ALWAYS done a tremendous job in taking care of me and goes well above and beyond. I genuinely look forward to making the trek to Fredericksburg to catch up with Sean. He now feels like family. The two times I serviced outside of this dealership was at Jiffy Lube and Auto Giants Mitsubishi. Both times, I've had to bring it back to Shirley Slack to have them fix things that those places messed up....Dave also gave excellent customer service as well, so thank you Dave! More
