spoke with bob anderson,was having my 2010 corrolla serviced. bob sent me to joseph Eng to trade in my car for a newer one. It was leased,and I have 9 months left on my lease. Ron tried to work the num serviced. bob sent me to joseph Eng to trade in my car for a newer one. It was leased,and I have 9 months left on my lease. Ron tried to work the numbers for me. I spoke with a nice lady named Ruth,while they were getting my nos. ready.I always go to bob Anderson for service,he is very efficent. frank catrombone,was trying to get it done also. we only pay 178.00 monthly and my new payment would have been 225.00 monthly,so we had to decline. when my lease is up I will come to shore toyota to purchase my next vehicle. please keep me informed if any new programs are available. Bob has excellent customer service skills. He has a very nice way about him. He is easy to talk to and certainly knows his job. Bob was so helpful to me and all I had to say was now all I need is to clean m nice way about him. He is easy to talk to and certainly knows his job. I went to work later and told everyone how nice that was since my husband recently passed away and he was the one to keep our cars cleaned. She went above and beyond the "norm", and those things definitely do not go unnoticed! Please thank Lori for me. While waiting for my car servicing, I wandered around the showroom floor, and ran into one of your employees i recognized, "Gabe". I remember how helpful he was when I purchased my car from Shore Toyota in June, 2009. He recognized me, also, and went out of his way to make me comfortable. Your coffee machine was out of order, and he got me a cup of coffee next door! Please also thank Gabe for me.
