Three service advisor was rude, unproffesional and a little aggresive when i questioned his remarks about possibility of extended wait beyond what was originally estimated for my scheduled appointment. little aggresive when i questioned his remarks about possibility of extended wait beyond what was originally estimated for my scheduled appointment. I was just trying to get an understanding of how far behind they were due to extenuating circumstances. He essentially told me he couldn't predict the future. When i did not accept that as an answer he became more aggresive. His boss stepped in but just made excuses for him. There shouldn't have been any excuses he should have been able to find out how far behind the were without being so annoyed by the question. He never apogized even when he checked me out. I may not return for service or another ne truck purchase. More
