I was able to get an appointment quickly so that was nice. Was surprised that replacing a battery would cost almost $600. Cost was way more than I thought. Did not let me know at all. Said I had a coupon and we’ll we can’t use that due to your car takes 5-w40. Should of let me know before hand. Forward the email to another team member and that’s when I was told oh you can’t use that due to your car takes special oil. Then he goes I could of had you sign something saying it is ok to use that oil. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to anybody to get service done at your shop. Very nice staff but I will not be back for service. More

I had somebody put gasoline in my diesel truck. Shottenkirk got me in right away, inspected fuel injectors and got l the tank and lines cleaned within 48 hours. Great service!
