Service manager Scott can get rude and ask me to “take your car to another service center”. Of course, when I confronted him he doesn’t remember this. Repair costs for my car went from about $1300 to around $700 due to “fat fingering”. Oops. The numbers changed only after the manager was on call and after some back and forth. Guess who the manager is, Scott again. It’s a viscous cycle of bad experience here. More
