They sold me a jeep with a defective computer screen and now they have taken 2 months to order the part and I’m still waiting……they knew it was messed up and now I’m the one paying for it in more ways than now they have taken 2 months to order the part and I’m still waiting……they knew it was messed up and now I’m the one paying for it in more ways than one. I cant play my radio and the emergency part doesnt work now either. Thanks guys for screwing me without a kiss first! I wont suggest anyone coming to you until you make this right with me. I dont have alot of money and yet I chose to come to Shottenkirk…..big mistake obviously…….you can fix my jeep the way it should be or you’re going to get it back wether you want it back or not!!! The guy at the front desk was fresh out of training and didn't even know how to explain the engine light codes to me. The guy that did the actual oil change was also fresh out of training and didn't care t didn't even know how to explain the engine light codes to me. Also told me my tires are at 70% when they are clearly not going to make it through the winter. I went to the dealership thinking it's the best place to go with my Chevy, however I was given terrible service by people who didn't know what the xxxx they were doing or talking about. More
