Check engine light was on. Service said truck would need an new engine. Under warranty! Turned my car in for electronic stability control repair & requested estimates for additional maintenance. Repair was not under warranty so coming out of my own pocket, which is why I requested estimates on & requested estimates for additional maintenance. A week after my car was turned in, I called for follow up since I hadn't heard anything. I was told all maintenance had been done & part needed for repair was on backorder. This in itself was disappointing as instructions were not followed. She then told me hail damage could be done in house instead of transferring to a third party collision center. I approved. Another week & a half passes & I call back for an update since I hadn't heard anything. I was told a supplement had been submitted to insurance but was not approved yet. Had I not called, I would have never known this. I had minimal damage, which is why I waited 6 months after the storms to have it repaired so I don't agree additional money was needed. The day the supplement was approved, 3 weeks after turning my car in, insurance had run out in the rental car & I had to get my car out. 3 weeks in the shop & maintenance work that was never approved was the only thing that got completed. Despite everything, everyone was super friendly, however friendliness doesn't fix the situation. Highly unsatisfied & will not return to this dealership. More

I took my Charger in for recommended maintenance per email received from Shottenkirk. When I arrived home, my car was smoking and leaking fuel. Service crew and manager acted quickly and sent a tow truc email received from Shottenkirk. When I arrived home, my car was smoking and leaking fuel. I was told that a crew would be back to powerwash the driveway. Driveway never got cleaned. Sad part is, this happened last time I got a oil change there. Oil cap wasn't secure and oil spewed all over engine. Yes, they cleaned it, but quite concerning. More
