Was a cluster from the start, I called to set up an appointment for oil change and fuel filters. The wait time was about 1 hours, they called me in to pay and the fuel filter s was not included. This last service was excellent. The had my alignment done well and very quickly! But unfortunately, my last couple of visits weren’t great. I’ve been in there several times and I can’t remember the dates, but one of my visits I was promised a detail and full tank. I didn’t receive the full tank, but they did such a great job on the detail, that I let the full tank slide. But I try to be a man of my word and I was hoping they would do the same with theirs. I also bought the care package for door dings and dents. I argued with my salesman and told them I didn’t want it, but felt like I was force to get it. Well… turns out I got I couple of dings and dents, but they said they would fix one and not the other. So that’s why I didn’t want the care package because there always seems to be a reason the warranty/care package won’t cover it. My very first visit was about touch up paint, about 7 months ago, and they said they were out of white paint. I keep calling and asking about the touch up paint and they just keep pushing back the date. This is really frustrating and I would like to hear from a supervisor on the paint issue. Thanks, More
