I bought a previously owned Ram pickup from Shottenkirk three weeks ago. Don "Bear" Gatlin was my sales pro and he was awesome. You won't be getting a "GREAT" deal on a pickup truck these days, but I got three weeks ago. Don "Bear" Gatlin was my sales pro and he was awesome. You won't be getting a "GREAT" deal on a pickup truck these days, but I got a good, fair deal and the service was outstanding. The day after I brought my new truck home I discovered the right front tire was almost 30 psi low. I took it back to Shottenkirk and they discovered the air leak was in the wheel, not the tire. They were unable to find a matching replacement wheel so they replaced all the wheels with beautiful black after market rims. I highly recommend Shottenkirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and when you find yourself there looking for new vehicle, make sure you ask for "Bear". More

My 2019 Ram with 42 k miles and way more options and add ons was alot nicer than their 2019 Surburban that needed tires with 85k miles. Then I worth. The absolute worst dealer I've dealt with online while trying to purchase a new car recently. It was a bait and switch, the car's advertised price $44,500 then they add some customer service fee for nearl trying to purchase a new car recently. It was a bait and switch, the car's advertised price $44,500 then they add some customer service fee for nearly $2000, reconditioning fee for 1150, and then one of the higher DMV processing fees and the car went from $44 500 to just under $53000 without any financing costs. THe only thing that should have been in there was a little bit of processing fee and tax like other dealers. They intentionally advertise this way so the car looks like a fair deal online through the car selling sites. More
