Mark helped me in every aspect of being able to purchase my vehicle and to make sure that I was satisfied with it. Though we haggled and finagled back and forth, not once did I ever feel pressured or feel like I was belittled by his salesmanship. In the past, I've dealt with dealers that have made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. I never once felt that way during the negotiation process. At the point we came to an agreeable term, Mark handed me to Bob in financing. Bob handled all my questions and helped me to stay at ease with my purchase. He also gave me some options for future knowledge for my vehicle. I truly appreciate his professionalism. After leaving the dealership, I experienced some issues. I called back and was greeted by Andrew in service. Andrew made every effort to listen to my dilemma, and then offered to send a tow truck for me. We came to the agreement that a tow truck was not necessary based upon my decision. Once I arrived at the dealership Stephani in service fixed me right up. She listened to my situation, she found me a loaner car, and she gave me her card and told me to call with any questions. The following day I texted Stephani to find out the status of my truck, she texted back what they were doing, and shortly thereafter she called me to explain what was going on. During our conversation, I explained to her again what had happened and I gave her my opinion as to what I think caused the problem. Not only did she listen, but she passed it on to mechanic. The mechanic was able to concur with what I had stated, they cleaned up the brake chamber on my truck and made sure it was completely operational and would not give me problems again. Once I returned to pick up my truck, Stephani assured me that things were fine and told me if I had any more problems to let them know. I found this to be a pleasurable and a positive experience. I truly appreciate everyone that made this experience positive at Shottenkirk. If in the future I'm in need of a vehicle again, I will definitely return to them. They are definitely worth the try from Cartersville to Canton to purchase the vehicle I did. More
