I walked in to get my car , no one at cashiers desk, i walked back to service writers and had to ask for my car. No one explained what they did(was Recall) and they weren't very friendly. I scheduled an oil change online after confirming that it would take less than an hour. Came early to get paperwork done. The office was chaos. People standing around but not able to help. The three serv would take less than an hour. Came early to get paperwork done. The office was chaos. People standing around but not able to help. The three service people were all on the phone. Took over an hour, service I didn’t ask for was done and the discount I was to be given I had to fight for. We had just bought the car three months ago. Not worth it. Seems to be a pattern as many others were annoyed or waiting long periods of time. Just be honest when asked how long so we can make the adjustment. I get that it takes time but when promised one thing and then it doesn’t happen the customer feels lied to. More
