Ontario the day of my scheduled appointment, I was informed that Ryan quit and Randall would be assisting me. When I arrived, I encountered Randall in the service bay and immediately felt as though he was a little upset at what I assumed was the unexpected workload. I felt like the communication could have been better. It would have been nice to have received a call explaining that my truck was going to at the facility for four days, instead of me calling him to find out the status of my truck. More

The van I purchased is fine. I did encounter a problem that was not resolved. When the sales team was putting a payment together I specifically told them I did not want the servi I did encounter a problem that was not resolved. When the sales team was putting a payment together I specifically told them I did not want the service plan or warranty that covered windshields and tires. The two combined added up to nearly $4000. After waiting around for a couple of hours I was told they got me the best rate they could and we were set to go to finance. I declined the additional extended warranty in finance and thought everything was fine. This was on the Saturday before Christmas. On Tuesday the day after Christmas I was going through my paperwork and found the $4000 in additional coverage I had declined was added anyway. I called the sales man who told me he would have someone call me. I waited 2 more days after no call and texted him. I received no response. I'm very disappointed in what otherwise would have been a nice transaction. I will let others know to be wary of your business practices when it comes to these service plans. More
