6/23/23I went in to have the electrical system checked with my radio. Every time I started my car since it was getting serviced for an oil change and tire rotation 2 weeks ago, it goes straight to the AM with my radio. It also gets rid of my third page channels saved so I have to go in settings and add that back in as well. My reverse camera still showsr a blue or black screen so that still isn’t fixed, despite bringing it in for that two other times. More

Not a fan of how the advertised pricing online and the final price using the "Shottenkirk" pricing is hidden. I have bought two vehicles from different dealerships and still not a fan of the process. Salesman Charles was great! Finance/general manager Ryan was very unprofessional, when I turned down the extended warranty he got very angry and kept arguing with me, then when Finance/general manager Ryan was very unprofessional, when I turned down the extended warranty he got very angry and kept arguing with me, then when I asked for the bank call he got very defensive and said that is not information he has to share and I told him as a paying customer it is my right to know what I am paying and what my interest really is, he kept saying my interest was 10.19%. And I have a 770 credit score so I knew it shouldn’t be that high even tho interest rates are up, I continued to question it and he finally showed it to me (after getting very angry and raising his voice at me in front of my two young children and my wife which they felt very uncomfortable because his hands were shaking while he was raising his voice, saying it was personal information). The interest rate from the bank was 8.19%. He was trying to get 2% off of me. If you deal with this dealership Charles is great but watch yourself with the finance/general manager he is a crook! He literally said “I don’t go to the grocery store and ask for an invoice on their food”, which is in no way related to buying a car. After I caught him raising the interest to make extra money off of me, he said I am only making $832 off of this. And that’s just from my extra interest, that’s not on top of whatever the dealership marked up the car from what they bought it. Watch Ryan he is not trustworthy and is only in it for the money not the customer! It’s never good when you leave there and your kids say Daddy why was that man yelling at you! More
