Yesterday I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived early for my appointment, and they processed me in swiftly. I received quickly a text that indicated that my "works" review of my vehicle I arrived early for my appointment, and they processed me in swiftly. I received quickly a text that indicated that my "works" review of my vehicle was "Green" all systems checked out OK. They gave me a stopwatch, to record the time spent. They projected an hour to finish the job, and they did so in 50 minutes, by their watch! We are pleased with the service they have provided for us. More

Firstly, they put the wrong oil in my truck and then had to drain it and add full synthetic. Spilled oil all over my engine. I drove home and had a massive puddle in my driveway as the half assed put the to drain it and add full synthetic. Spilled oil all over my engine. It’s not like they were busy, as most of them were outside smoking. No excuse for xxxxty service. I won’t be going back, and I’ll purchase my next truck somewhere else. More

My sales person was very friendly and tried to work with me as much as possible. The mandatory dealer add-ons and required in-house financing company are a deal breaker though.
