Shottenkirk Ford Granbury - Service Center

We had a bad experience with Shottenkirk. Brought in my Lincoln MKX on a Monday to fix my left front headlight. They said it was fixed. I drove that evening and they were not working. I endangered my life and the life of my friend that night. I had to turn on my hazard lights to see the line in the center of the road to drive home. Brought the car in first thing at 7:00. We were told to wait until the guy who understands the electronics on our vehicle arrived. He did come in and my husband had to walk in the back to see our car parked and unattended to. It finally got pulled into the garage and they discovered the light was not installed correctly. Fixed it and it works now. To his credit, your service manager was very honest with us and apologized. He said the first technician did not install the bulb correctly. We waited way too long for this fix. Over two hours. More

Car was still disassemble upon pickup. Multiple linkages left unhooked, car wont shift to any gear. Was taken in for inspection of transmission quoted at over 7000 to replace transmissi Multiple linkages left unhooked, car wont shift to any gear. Was taken in for inspection of transmission quoted at over 7000 to replace transmission with 51k miles on it. This is second trans car has had in less then 105k miles. Car had functioning reverse, neutral and would drive until transmission got warm. Will do none of that now. Car in worse condition then when dropped off. More
