Had an issue arise right at closing, Melissa took my call and went above and beyond to try and resolve my issue, set my appointment for the next morning. Vehicle was in their shop for three months, for a roof leak. Very little communication between the service department and myself. Went in to oil leak diag, given long list of additional stuff $10K of which $5,500 was the oil leak . Got second opinion and the leak ended up being a $1,200 gfix at another shop not what Shottenkirk diag stuff $10K of which $5,500 was the oil leak . I needed some service work and I wondering how it would go. Fortunately, I got Jacob Long as my service agent. He is amazing. He did everything he could to help me out.
