Justin worked with me for about two weeks on my trade-in and was very patient throughout the process. When the truck I originally wanted sold, he gave me time to look and find something else with no pressur and was very patient throughout the process. When the truck I originally wanted sold, he gave me time to look and find something else with no pressure at all, which I really appreciated. Since I had to drive an hour and a half to the dealership and the truck was at the Cartersville location, he made everything easy—arranged for us to drive there, test drive the truck, and then come back to complete everything. Negotiations took some work and there wasn’t much movement at first, but we were able to come to an agreement and everything worked out well. There are two small dings in the windshield that they are supposed to fix, so I’m trusting that will be handled. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would work with Justin again in the future.
