Service I was immediately greeted by a service writer. Very pleasant young lady. She asked for my keys and had me go on inside. She let me know I could have a seat in the waiting area that it would take about 45 minutes. Waiting area very clean. Once my car was finished, a different lady came to get me, also very friendly. I came in really with not much of an idea of what I needed. He asked about my life, and what I didn't like in a car, what I did like in a car, and was able to find me exactly what I needed based on my preferences, and based on my lifestyle. Really, this "interviewing" process consisted of no more than 10 minutes; though I'm certain he would've given me as much time as I needed. I told him I was incredibly rushed. So, within 10 minutes of talking, he was able to find the perfect car for someone who had no idea what they wanted. It felt like going to a trusted barber and saying "make me look good" with no other instruction. Prior to my purchase, I'd have never imagined driving a civic. Now, I can't imagine driving anything else. I wasn't helpful to the selection at all. Myles knew what I wanted. And he was able to get it within my budget. He even offered me some other options that were well below my budget. Everyone should car shop here. Myles was excellent, and everyone else was really fun to work with throughout the purchase. More
