Had a concern with my car starting and told that it may be the battery gone bad. They checked to see if it was and made sure that there were no other issues with my vehicle. Not so special treatment I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also requested the complimentary car wash. Truck was promised to be ready in 90 minutes. Truck was ready in90 minutes but it wasn’t washed. Really??? While driving home I noticed the tire pressure reading was different for all 4 tires so I called service and was told it would “level off” after a few miles. Well that never happened. A few days later I discovered air leaking from the passenger side front tire. I had to take it to a local shop where they pulled a plastic piece that worked its way into the tire. This may or may not of happened in your shop but it is very possible. I drove 35 miles to your dealership for this aggravation and I don’t think I will be doing it again. More
