This is my second time at your dealership. You shop has the quickest availability to check vehicles. My car’s check engine light was on on both occasions but I was charged two different prices You shop has the quickest availability to check vehicles. My car’s check engine light was on on both occasions but I was charged two different prices for the diagnostic test. I was told it was going to be $169 and was charged $275. I also was told by Hyundai that I wasn’t going to be charged for my spark plug replacements because I purchased a prepaid maintenance plan which was supposed to cover them. It appears I was charged $149 for those spark plugs as well. I completely understand that I was going to be charged for the coils which y’all replaced and the labor for both the plugs and coil replacements but it seems like I was overcharged for everything else. More
