Although we didn't buy a vehicle from this dealership my wife and myself had a very pleasant experience with one of the car salesman called David. We test drove 1 car and David was very helpful and knowledg wife and myself had a very pleasant experience with one of the car salesman called David. I told the salesman I did not want my credit score ran more than once. He ignored me and ran it so much it dropped my score over 200 points. This is wrong on multiple counts. Stay away from these losers. They don’t care about you and will lie to you without blinking an eye. They also love to bombard you with texts and emails. Several times a day or more for weeks on end. Again, run away from this dealership. They are low class and low quality people. More
This is a typical dealership. They put up a car price online and then tried to say you have to use their financing if you want that price. Then they add 3k worth of add ons that are not optional which again is unnecessary. The salesperson was so nice! She wasn't pushy at all so they get a star for that. The finance department is the worst. When I started we were pre approved for the car we wanted the person immediately walked away without saying anything. They lost our business because they wanted to be a typical scammy dealership. We thankfully got a price match at a different dealership for the same exact car. So i would advise people to look around and don’t fall for all their sales tactics. We were going to sign same day but they lost out. More
Worst 5-6 hours of me and my daughters life spent here today 1/3/24. Started off at 2:30 with her vehicle of choice, said she didnt qualify because of score. Suggested a vehicle around 18k. Now how did that happen? After insisting on putting my daughter in 3 cars she did not want, they gave an approval for the first one she saw 5 hours before. But wait , with an added $3500 after “approval”. We walked out at this point but our trying to be loyal and repeat customers from her 2021 purchase all went down the drain for what? Greed, games, lies and waisted time. I took off a half day to help my daughter to get her car and lost a whole day of work. We drove from Paulding county, over an hour away bypassing 4 Hyundai dealers to do repeat business. How can I be compensated for my waisted time? More
Shocked that Hyundai allows this dealer to sell their cars. Their mode of operation casts Hyundai in a very negative light. Advertises competitive prices and then adds a lot of bogus fees. A $35,000 car quickly becomes $40,000 with nothing more than forced dealer add ons. Hyundai should be embarrassed to be represented by such a deceptive dealership. If you are considering visiting this dealership, don’t just walk away - run. Don’t waste your time. If we collectively boycott these types of dealers, they will either change or go bankrupt. More

This was an emergency visit as my check engine light was on as well as the coolant temp was extremely low. Didn’t have an appointment but they had me in and out in 4 hours.
