The service staff were very kind and helpful. They allowed me to bring my very old dog inside with me. Imagine they were busy but took a little over two hours to complete the basic service. The service person did apologize for the wait but not sure if that is the routine time. Next time will try to get fir to complete the basic service. The service person did apologize for the wait but not sure if that is the routine time. Mandy was fantastic in how well she communicated with me in scheduling my appointment, uploading my previous Ed Voyles Hyundai and TiresPlus invoices for previous brake work over the last 18 months. She arr in scheduling my appointment, uploading my previous Ed Voyles Hyundai and TiresPlus invoices for previous brake work over the last 18 months. She arranged for me to speak with Reed and Mike so I could explain my vibration problem in person. Mike was outstanding in assessing the needed repairs and proceeded accordingly. He spoke with me afterward describing the problems he found and the repairs he made. My Azera brakes have performed perfectly since that day, and I have an excellent impression of your Service Department, and will continue to come back. More
