Annual service for a 2023 Tucson took over two hours for oil and filter change, multi point inspection and tire rotation. Informed there was no way to reduce the volume on the VESS. Had to get a lot of engine work done on a 36K mile vehicle. I use "Top Tier" gasoline with the Hyundai recommended octane rating. Was told I was to blame for not using high octane gasoline. Hyundai US vehicle. I use "Top Tier" gasoline with the Hyundai recommended octane rating. Was told I was to blame for not using high octane gasoline. Hyundai US said the gas I use is fine but could not help since I already paid the bill. Had to speak to the General MGR to get a loaner during repair time, Service MGR would not return my calls. Then was told there's a fee to pay the bill using a credit card and they didn't even wash the car. I get better service for my other non-Hyundai vehicle, never going back there More

Worst experience of my life. Bought a used car that went back for a check engine light, to their credit after reaching out to sales department I brought the car to be repaired. It's been over 2 weeks, and they assure me only 1 more week. Shottenkirk Hyundai has the least responsive service department in the industry. All people want is an update.... I will never buy another vehicle from Shottenkirk based entirely on the service department. More
