Unfortunately I had a very poor experience with Shottenkirk. It took them 3 months to fix my car. I didn’t get a loaner car until 1 month of having to call and email them everyday. Nobody seem to w Shottenkirk. It took them 3 months to fix my car. I didn’t get a loaner car until 1 month of having to call and email them everyday. Nobody seem to want to fix it under the warranty that was purchased with the car so they dragged their feet to get it done. When they finally “so called” fixed my car not even 5 mins from driving from the dealership my engine light came back on. Had to get it re diagnosed which ended up coincidentally being a $1300 quote to fix. Big money game for them. Never having business with them again More
I took my wife's Pallisade in for it's one year birthday maintenance on a Saturday. I was met by Tiffany, who gave me a summary of the work that would be done. I had two: one, the car needs a software update which I can do at home, and two: the sequencing of the seat position between driver 1 and driver 2 is wildly inconsistent. She said they would look at it, which they did, and confirmed that it's inconsistent. Maybe the software update will fix it or, maybe I just have an incorrect setting in the Driver Profiles settings. In any case, the car was ready in about 40 minutes. More
