As soon as I reached out to Shottenkirk Toyota Granbury about a Toyota Sienna, I had Lexus reaching out to me to get me some help. When I got in she got me set up with Arron S. and then James Leggit also s about a Toyota Sienna, I had Lexus reaching out to me to get me some help. When I got in she got me set up with Arron S. and then James Leggit also started to assist me. James and Arron were very helpful in the buying process. I also got a lot of information and great help from Luis in the Finance department. Lexus made sure to check on me throughout the whole experience, and the guys were great in making sure everything was taken care of for the purchase of my new Sienna. I am happy to of gotten such great service from a great team. I must give extra kudos to James and his willingness to step in and help with the whole process. Thanks again!! More

The shuttle driver wasn’t working Monday. A Service technician drove me home because I couldn’t wait 4 hours for the repair. Later that day, two Service technicians brought the Jeep to my hou A Service technician drove me home because I couldn’t wait 4 hours for the repair. Later that day, two Service technicians brought the Jeep to my house. I didn’t have anyone to follow/take me to the dealership, so that was a HUGE assist! We bought our vehicles there 5 years ago and they always go above and beyond! Thank you! More

Worst service ever! I wish I would have never even bought a car from these people! The experience was aweful! And if I wasn’t in love with the actual car I wouldn’t have I wish I would have never even bought a car from these people! The experience was aweful! And then had to go back for a dent repair that was on it when I bought it and an alignment and waited 4 hours just to get it back and the dents where still there and it still isn’t driving straight!!!!
