I purchased a vehicle in June 2020 to the overall buying experience was pleasant. However once I got to financing I was told I could lower my APR by purchasing an extended warranty. They added $19,000 in ex experience was pleasant. However once I got to financing I was told I could lower my APR by purchasing an extended warranty. They added $19,000 in extras that I was not able to catch until I left the dealership. I am now almost $40,000 upside down on a vehicle that I purchased. More

Tacked on an extra 5. 5k in warranties I didn’t agree too. I asked multiple times before I picked the truck up to have it readjusted and removed. I went up there the next d 5k in warranties I didn’t agree too. I asked multiple times before I picked the truck up to have it readjusted and removed. I went up there the next day Luis assured me he put in a cancellation I asked for a email he never sent it. I left a voicemail for Tyrone he never responded. So I’m contacting the bbb, the attorney state general and the federal trade commission about this dealership. More
