Took car in for inspection and key fob battery. After an hour and a half, I walked around to search for an answer. All heads were down or looking at computers. A couple guys were on their phones. It was extremely busy on Saturday evening when we pulled up. We didn't have an appointment and couldn't find the vehicle we wanted but Ethan Wilkins met us at the door and explained that he was finishing up up. To make a long story short, he was able to find us a comparable vehicle which we drove away in within a few hours.
