The actual repair for the recall did not take very long, approximately one hour. When I got in the car there were several grease spots on my seats. I have requested this every time I come in for service, and no one seems to be able to get it changed in your computer system. I’m not sure if it’s incompetence or laziness, very frustrating!! More

Could not have had a worse experience. After numerous phone calls with a sales associate, I set up a time to go look at 3 different trucks that they supposedly had on the lot. After arriving to the deale phone calls with a sales associate, I set up a time to go look at 3 different trucks that they supposedly had on the lot. After arriving to the dealership I was informed that only one of the cars was available to test drive and that they would bring the other two trucks over. Hours later, they brought one more truck over. We ended up not leaving the dealership until close to 10pm. When we test drove the truck, we noticed smoke coming from the exhaust, which we were told would be assessed and fixed prior to delivery of the vehicle. Upon receiving the vehicle there was still smoke pouring out of the exhaust, and of course, less than 2 weeks after buying the vehicle, the check engine light went on. Shottenkirk could not be less helpful throughout this process, I would strongly discourage anyone from buying a vehicle from them. More
