Long wait period the day of purchase. Not very friendly. The 4 Runner I bought was on lot however after deal was done I was told it hadn’t been inspected yet and I needed to pick it up the next day! Service writers and cashier are all excellent. The one negative is finding a screw attaching the new engine splash shield loose, there was a gap of ~1/8" visible from standing out side of the vehicle. This is not a great time to be looking for a car with the lack of inventory, but Kelly and the team at Shottenkirk made it happen for us. The pricing was fair given the current shortage. We traveled an hour lack of inventory, but Kelly and the team at Shottenkirk made it happen for us. The pricing was fair given the current shortage. We traveled an hour to see a car we wanted and it was there as promised. We were offered water and shacks 15 times...Thanks Kelly! It was hot!! They found financing for us and we were out the door. I guess if you want a friendly (ask for Kelly), fair priced dealership... you know where to go! More
