I Bought a $45,000 truck with 25,000 miles on it from Schottenkirk. I Immediately noticed the difference in personnel with their new Atlanta team. It was a used car salesman experience to the max through Schottenkirk. I Immediately noticed the difference in personnel with their new Atlanta team. I tried to call several times to get my house keys back but never could get through or get a callback because they already had my money. Three weeks after the purchase my power steering went out. I took it to the dealer to see what could be done. Power steering isn’t covered by the ironically named “Schottenkirk Care” package I purchased with my truck. I was told that the only option I had was to get the power steering replaced for $3,000 and 15 hours of labor. After speaking to the manager and being told yet again there is nothing they can do I took it to Christian brothers and had them quote me $1,600 for a 6 hour labor job. I will purchase my next Toyota (because I am incredibly loyal to Toyota customer) from any other dealership available. My wife posted this to our local community’s Facebook page and received a dozen responses with similar stories within 5 minutes. I am an incredibly loyal customer when treated right. This wasn’t my first experience at Schottenkirk, but it will be my last. More
