BUYERS BEWARE! DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING!! At the time of purchase the invoice had multiple undisclosed fees; higher price from website, $525.00 Administrative fee, $150.00 Documentary fee and a whopping $15 purchase the invoice had multiple undisclosed fees; higher price from website, $525.00 Administrative fee, $150.00 Documentary fee and a whopping $1500 Customer Car package that they claim, “nobody leaves here without it”. This overpriced warranty is only good for 12 months and covers very little. We refused and they countered with ‘what will it take?” We explained we did not need it and we would be fine. We should have left then. The car sales manager was evasive and unprofessional especially when we questioned the “Car Care Warranty’ and wanted a refund. These guys are perfectly aware of their underhandedness deceitfulness and walk away with a smile on their face as you drive off the lot knowing they took advantage of another innocent customer. More
