So far this is the worst experience I've ever been a part of hidden fees, terrible communication. With a 1450 shattenkirk service that they force you to add to the cars cost the complete lack of communication and customer care is astounding if I could give negative stars I would as of the time of this review they still have my vehicle we will see if it gets any better I surely hope so. I also had to replace the battery in my key by the time I made it home from the sale lot. No master code was provided for the key less entry and still pending a call back for this information. More

Great Customer Service!! I recently got into an accident and my aunt knew Denise , who worked at this location, so we loaded up her car and went to see what we could find. Right away we were greeted by two smiley employees, Denise and Ryan. Ryan was absolutely wonderful! He found a Nissan that was almost perfect! (I wasn't too crazy about the color but it's growing on me.) Pete Gutierrez worked hard to get me financed and seal a great deal. The entire staff was extremely friendly! Brian Curtis even checked up on us during the times we were waiting for Ryan to complete paperwork. Always Great Service I have purchased my last two Toyota Highlanders and my husband purchased his Rav4 here. I have always been happy with the service and the sales team. I was uncomfortable at the dealership on this visit because the service team did not wear masks. I think that Toyota should consider the health of its customers and its employees during this pandemic and require masks. I could only assume that, because masks were not worn, the service members driving and working on my car did not take other measures to sanitize my car. I feel that it is my responsibility to take care of myself during this pandemic - I do not have compromising health issues - but what about your customers who do have weak immune systems? Should you not take precautions "just in case", at least while the virus is so widespread in our state? More
Buyers Beware!! Sneaky, Underhanded, Lousy Dealership The only reason I went to this dealership is because they had a "great value" rated Toyota Avalon on CarGurus. I obviously just wanted to pay asking p The only reason I went to this dealership is because they had a "great value" rated Toyota Avalon on CarGurus. I obviously just wanted to pay asking price and TT&L. We arrived after a 4 hour drive shortly after opening to test drive the vehicle. The salesman was very helpful and through no fault of his own, we were left with a xxxxty situation of almost 50% increased cost over the price listed on CarGurus. They charged us for everything from a mandatory dealer warranty program to sales advertising costs. I don't know about y'all but I ain't trying to pay for their advertising especially when I found the car on a site that doesn't have anything to do with them or their advertising. I had to haggle with them to even take off a few of the ridiculous charges. I still had to pay for their ridiculous warranty program that is garbage unless you live in the area and can utilize any of the services offered by this program. Even if I did live in the area I would not have used or even purchased this warranty program. They did not even give us any documents besides the temp tags and the purchase order. I have contacted them several times about the purchase paperwork so I could file the lender information with my auto insurance, and they keep saying they emailed it to me. I still don't have it after 5 days. I would save yourself a trip and steer clear of this xxxxty dealership. If you enjoy headaches, hassles, being lied to, and sneaky finance tricks then this is the place for you. More
