My "assigned" service advisor never spoke to me until visit was done and ready for check out. When I asked other service associates for an estimate of how long to expect, they responded they had no idea visit was done and ready for check out. I took my truck in for regular service and asked Chris about a cosmetic problem I had. He had it taken care of at a reasonable price (much less than I anticipated), keeping me informed the entire time, a about a cosmetic problem I had. He had it taken care of at a reasonable price (much less than I anticipated), keeping me informed the entire time, and had it back the next day, and that included painting a quarter panel!
