The sale started well and was the only part of their process I would say was satisfactory. After making the sale it has been a very disappointing experience at best, there was hidden damage on the vehic process I would say was satisfactory. After making the sale it has been a very disappointing experience at best, there was hidden damage on the vehicle, the service department refused to fix the damage that had been glued in place before selling the vehicle, the service manager was extremely rude when ask about addressing the issue, responding "was it damaged when you picked up the vehicle", well yes it was but I couldn't see it because it was hidden. Overall, the group was non-responsive after leaving the dealership, they were not interested in helping to identifying the service work performed in their shop before selling the vehicle, 5 aftermarket service plans were piled on in finance without adequate explanation the plans, the coverage on the plans and the cost associated with the plans. The 3rd party service company EG Assurance was very easy to work with getting 3 of the 5 plans cancelled, unfortunately 2 of the 5 service plans couldn't be cancelled, the costs for those 2 plans were adding on top of the advertised sale price of the vehicle. EG Assurance described them as "FREE", they are not free. They are all about you until you leave the dealership with a vehicle, after that they have no intension of helping with any issues, very little information on the finance company they used to finance the vehicle, no way to contact that finance company for a payoff in order to sale this disappointment, typical stereotype CAR DEALSHIP with all your nightmare expectations of shady dealings, behind the scenes hidden problems, zero after the sale service.
