Replaced air conditioning compressor. Does not cool sufficiently. Brought it back and it still does not cool sufficiently. Chad was very helpful and considerate. Exceptional response. Needed info on having car towed to shop for service/repair. Next thing I knew I received an appointment notice by email. Gave a copy of that to the tow truck driver, hadthe car towed shop for service/repair. Next thing I knew I received an appointment notice by email. Gave a copy of that to the tow truck driver, hadthe car towed in and a few hours later received a call that it was ready for pickup and a description of the services performed.
