Replaced air conditioning compressor. Does not cool sufficiently. Brought it back and it still does not cool sufficiently. Chad was very helpful and considerate. Exceptional response. Needed info on having car towed to shop for service/repair. Next thing I knew I received an appointment notice by email. Gave a copy of that to the tow truck driver, hadthe car towed shop for service/repair. Next thing I knew I received an appointment notice by email. I was not informed as to how long I would have to wait for my Prius to be finished with the 120000mile check. I did not check my watch when I arrived, but I think it was about 2 hours total. Nice friendly service, but a little longer than I expected. My appt to service my car was at 10:00 and didn’t get my car in until 11:00. Arrived 30 min early for 11:30 scheduled appt for oil & filter change. Car did not go in for the service until 1 hr & 15 min after the scheduled appt (12:45). Did NOT hear from appointment service person filter change. Car did not go in for the service until 1 hr & 15 min after the scheduled appt (12:45). Did NOT hear from appointment service person until the car left the maintenance 1 hour later. It then took 45 minutes to get the car wash and check out @ 2:30. I've never had to be there that long for just an oil change so not pleased with this. Was told by another not to schedule an appointment for future oil changes as they are handled on a "first come-first serve" basis. I did receive a 15% discount for the visit which I did appreciate. More
