First service at this location I called and had a time reserved and showed up 5 minutes early. The service representative was courteous took my vehicle and within 40-45 minutes the I called and had a time reserved and showed up 5 minutes early. The day I had car serviced it was very good. I did have a problem a month ago when I drove up and said my car wouldn’t work ( and it was car, not my phone). The only words i hot that day was,” having troub a problem a month ago when I drove up and said my car wouldn’t work ( and it was car, not my phone). The only words i hot that day was,” having trouble come back in a few weeks!” Not a good answer. I’m 68 yrs old and I’m on the road a lot by myself— anyway that’s a big gripe of mine now!! You could have said let me see what I can do or offer me another vehicle. But just said “ come back”. Yuck!!! The vehicle I had before this one came from Brown Hyundai (next door to you), and they always got me another vehicle... just saying!!! More

In the past I used Weatherford Toyota to purchase my automobiles and for the service department. I purchased my Toyota Tundra from the Granbury dealership and this dealership's service department is mor automobiles and for the service department. I purchased my Toyota Tundra from the Granbury dealership and this dealership's service department is more accesible for me at this time. April has met me at the door of service the last few visits I brought my truck or my daughters Corolla in for service. She always makes me feel welcome and she knows I am always in a hurry. I have always been satisfied with the quick and friendly service in the past. But last week April outdid herself. She was awesome. I brought my daughtrs Corolla in for new ties. I got in a loaner and went to work, returing at the end of the day to pick up the car. April had new tires put on, the car was aligned, the oil was changed and the state inspection sticker was updated. I know April found me the best possible price she could, it was amazing. Because of this most recent experience when April gave me amazing service at an amazing low price, it has solidified me as a loyal customer to this service department (as long as April is there). She did an outstanding job for me as I am sure she does for all her customers. She is an asset to the service department and I truly appreciate all she does. Thank you. More
