1. Poor signage for drop off (for recall) with appointment. Sent to cashier who gestured “that way” towards large windowed area. Saw people in cubbies, most on phone. Finally asked young man w/hand held computer if he could help me. 2. Dropped off promptly at agreed appointment time. Was told few hours for recall repair. Received phone call after 5;30pm to pickup car. Unable to arrange ride that quickly, as they close at 6pm. So had to arrange for another ride the next morning. 3. I assume correction of recall was completed. 4. Thanks for car wash. More
